Inspirations

Life’s most persistent and urgent question is: What are you doing for others? – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I’ve got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations. – George Bernard Shaw

Materials for Phases 1 and 2

Materials more relevant for Phase 2

During the program, SAGE will point to several online resources to support you in leading your own community benefit project. Some of our coaches will also highlight practices such as mindfulness meditation which can be helpful to you during the program and beyond. Here is a website that you might find useful to learn more about mindfulness and to receive no-cost daily meditations offered by Sean Fargo: https://mindfulnessexercises.com.
